A Soldiers Child
Sends Christmas gifts to children through age 18.
Angels of America's Fallen
Provide $1,000 per calendar year to children for extracurricular activities such as swim lessons, after-school clubs, etc.
United Heroes League
Provides benefits related to athletics for children, such as grants to play sports, free tickets to events, equipment, camps and more.
Tuesday’s Children
Provide many resources including retreats, mentoring, careers/education, and mental health and wellness. Available to surviving spouses, parents, siblings, and children.
Eric Jackson
Free financial advisor vetted by both TAPS and the Gary Sinise Foundation. He and his team are free for anyone who received SGLI - meaning Gold Star parents, siblings, children, spouses, etc. They help with all aspects of finances including taxes, vehicle buying discounts, scholarships, and more. They host events and offer a Fourth of July trip to Disney for families who do not qualify for Snowball Express.
Helping Hands For Freedom
Provides emergency financial assistance to families of service members who are wounded, deployed, killed in action, or suffering from injuries received in the line of duty. They also assist families who have lost a loved one to suicide.
Vet Tix
Gives free or reduced-price tickets to sporting events, concerts, performing arts, educational and family activities across the nation. (Sign up as Gold Star or Surviving Family - service connected)
