Sample retreat itinerary

Day 1
Survivors arrive at Holbrook Farms Retreat and are welcomed by our founders, Matt and Micaela. Then, they take a tour of the facilities prior to settling in. If there are children in the group, they will be dropped off at Camp Cormorant.

Day 2
8-9am: Breakfast
9:30am: Paddleboard Yoga Class 
12pm-Whenever: Lake Day at Lake Maud

• Boating and jet ski
• Water skiing and tubing
• Swimming, sunning, and more
• Casual lunch and dinner

Evening Group Discussion/Bonfire

Day 3
8-9am: Breakfast
8am-12pm: Massages/Free time for lake activities
11:30am: Lunch
12-1pm: Financial Speaker—Come with questions!
1-7pm: Free/Rest/Social/Outdoor Time
7pm: Depart for Dinner at Spanky’s (A Favorite Local Restaurant)

Day 4
8-9am: Breakfast
9:30am: Yoga Class
12pm: Boating or Fishing Trip
7pm: Dinner at Holbrook Farms

Day 5
6am: Depart Holbrook Farms and travel home
